Let me do the work for you!

Originally from the North Alabama area, my husband and our two children moved to the Emerald Coast in the Fall of 2015 from North Augusta, South Carolina. Being from Alabama, traveling to the Emerald Coast is something I did often and it has given me a passion and love for the ever-growing area.

I specialize in the South Walton and Scenic 30A Resort Second Home and Primary Residence market. These properties include luxury gulf front and bay front condominiums, townhouses, single-family homes, as well as pre-construction opportunities for both beach and bay front, along with land and home packages. My firsthand knowledge of the Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, WaterSound, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach and Sandestin real estate markets is unsurpassed.

In today’s fast-paced digital real estate world, my extensive background in marketing and my southern personality will help you to sell or find your dream home. Being in charge of the marketing plans for several large hospitality corporations, I know what it takes to get your property in front of today’s buyers. Social media, digital marketing, using the latest in technology including aerial photography, as well as a personable personality are my strengths that will set me apart from other realtors.

I am on the ground daily with buyers and sellers and I know how to successfully fulfill your wants and needs. I look forward to working FOR YOU!
