GRAYTON BEACH
Local’s Pick: Park, Ride, and Relax
Grayton Central (across from Hurricane Oyster Bar on C.R. 283) is your golden ticket to coastal ease. This free lot offers daily tram service (6 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.) straight to the west beach access—steps from The Red Bar and Chiringo.
Pro tip: Bring your bike. From here, it’s a scenic cruise to WaterColor, Seaside, or Grayton Beach State Park.
SEASIDE
Park & Play—Shuttle-Style
Seaside offers a smart shuttle system from the Hwy 331 South lot to Central Square (6 a.m.–midnight). Prefer to park closer? Paid street parking near Smolian Circle starts at $10 for two hours.
Quick stops: Enjoy 1-hour or 15-minute complimentary parking for a café run or quick shop. Use Passport Parking App or text-to-pay.

A Fresh Spot Near Gulf Place
Just north of Shunk Gulley, this new lot includes restrooms, bike racks, and space for vehicles + LSVs. Ideal for Ed Walline beachgoers and anyone brunching their way through Gulf Place.

Inlet Beach (East, Central, West)
Over 100 spaces + shaded benches, ADA ramps, restrooms, and access to the Grouper Reef snorkeling site.
Blue Mountain Beach
20 spaces near the iconic Creamery. Newly renovated restrooms, epic views, and thigh-toning stairs included.
Fort Panic

Walton Dunes

Miramar Beach Regional Access
200 spaces—the largest public lot on 30A. EV-friendly, ADA accessible, restrooms, and close to dining.
Scenic Gulf Drive Access
15 spots, ADA ramp, gazebo views, and plenty of golf cart/bike parking.
Eastern Lake Access
16 vehicle spaces, 18 LSV spots. Quiet and cart-friendly for those in the know.
INSIDER TIPS FOR A SMOOTHER 30A STAY
• Best Times to Park: Before 8:30 a.m. or after 4 p.m.
• Rosemary Beach: Limited to 3-hour street parking. Overflow? Park at 30Avenue—5 minutes away and free.
• Golf Carts: Not always allowed! Rosemary and Alys limit usage. Seaside has designated spots.
• Bike It: The Timpoochee Trail spans 18.5 miles—ideal for e-bikes, casual rides, and avoiding the hunt for a spot.
