The Trinidad Bay is my favorite model. We love how Minto spaced out the bedrooms, in 3 corners of the house so there is space between the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The den will make the perfect office and is located near the entry. One of my favorite things about the Trinadad Bay is the 3 car garage. Perfect for 2 cars and a golf cart!
