There is ample storage in the kitchen and dining area, along with an inviting beach themed Coffee Bar. New plumbing inside and underneath has been installed and the electric box and outlets/switches have been upgraded. There are 3 water spickets that were added outside with a shower also. The back entry was replaced with a trex stairway. The AC is appx 7 yrs old and water heater was replaced in 2023. The home is on a septic tank, which we have had no problems with, but it can easily be converted to the sewer line which is a short distance away at the road.
