Hi, my name is Sydney Wilson and I am an Emerald Coast real estate advisor. Originally from Georgia, I built my career on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and strong relationships—values that guide how I serve my real estate clients today along Florida’s Emerald Coast.

I graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Agriculture and began my career in the sod farming industry, where I developed a practical understanding of land value, market trends, and the importance of long-term investment. After relocating to the Emerald Coast, I recognized the incredible opportunity within this unique coastal market and began helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate along 30A and the surrounding communities. Today, I work with clients who are looking for more than just property—they’re looking for lifestyle, investment opportunity, and a place to build lasting memories. My approach is straightforward and relationship-driven. I prioritize clear communication, detailed market knowledge, and a steady, professional process that allows my clients to make confident decisions.

My husband, John, was born and raised on the Emerald Coast and owns a local marine construction company. Through his family’s deep roots in Bay County and their long-standing presence in the community, we are proud to be part of an area built on trust, relationships, and service.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me enjoying the coastal lifestyle with my husband and our labrador, Milly—spending time on the water, exploring the beach, or enjoying a quiet evening at home.
